Single Beech Backplate

€9.95

This solid beech backplate is made to sit behind the porcelain switches, with a central opening so the rear of the switch recesses in neatly. Where a wall box is larger than the switch alone can cover, EU boxes especially, the backplate closes that gap and gives the switch a clean, solid base to sit on.

fitting your situation

As wall boxes vary by country, system and building period, the backplates are left largely undrilled. That means they can be adapted to your setup: fixed to an existing wall box, aligned to new screw points, or mounted directly to the wall, with adhesive for example.

As every home is different, we recommend fitting by a qualified electrician or experienced professional. If you're unsure what would work for your space, email us on shop@hazel-morris.com. We're happy to advise.
